Creating your listing
Creating your listing is as easy as 1-2-3.

1	Create your Seller account - in this step you create an account about you. As a seller you can list one property or a hundred under your account. Setting up the account is free and gives you access to your own seller login where you can go to step two of purchasing a listing.
2	Purchase a Listing - in this step you place an order for a new listing. All on-line purchases are handled through our secure payment process or you can call-in or mail-in your listing purchase to our office. The next business day after your listing was purchased, our office will contact you about getting your sign installed, your Market Readiness Analysis completed, and scheduling your Professional Photo Shoot.
3	Setup your listing information - as soon as your listing has been purchased, you can enter the information about your house and the listing will be active. Once your information is entered, you can print flyers from the site with the textual information you entered. Once the photo shoot is completed, your flyer will include the best views of your photo shoot and then you can get your full color flyers printed from the master copy provided by our office.
